Cassatt The town of Cassatt began as a railroad stop on the Seaboard Railroad and was named for a railroad executive. Cassatt is one of the many small towns dotting US Highway 1 as it meanders south from Maine to Florida. Locals and visitors alike enjoy visits to the Hard Times Cafe on Highway 1 for a taste of southern cooking at its finest. |
